When you become a client of Australian Visa Experts you will be responsible for the following fees and charges –

 

1. Any fees and charges required to be paid to the Department of Immigration and Citizenship when we lodge your visa application for processing. DIAC’s standard fees and charges for different visas are shown in the Schedule below.
2. Our own fees.

Our own fees for visa services will cover two kinds of work –

1. Providing you with preliminary advice if you request it. You may wish us to provide you with preliminary advice to assist you to decide what kind of visa you should be applying for and what requirements you must satisfy to be approved for that visa. You may want us to advise you on your chances of success of being granted a certain type of visa before you instruct us to prepare and lodge the visa application. We strongly recommend that every client obtain such advice as the first step before taking the second step of actually applying for the visa. Our unique performance guarantee to get you the desired visa only applies if we have given you written advice that you meet all the requirements for that visa. For this kind of work we charge an hourly rate which is $330 per hour including GST (goods and services tax);
2. Preparing your visa application to lodge with DIAC. This will include taking necessary instructions from you, obtaining all necessary documentation; time spent conferring with you and preparing the application.

 

THE ENQUIRY FORM (OK, you’re almost there!)

1. Fill in each box with the requested information.
2. Each box marked with a red asterisk is MANDATORY – i.e. you must provide this information to be able to submit the enquiry to us. The boxes that are not marked with a red asterisk are OPTIONAL but it will assist us in giving you the best service. For instance, we will be asking you to tell us your SKYPE contact details as once you become a client of ours this is a very easy and inexpensive way for us to stay in touch with you and keep you up to date with your visa application procedure.
3. Some of the boxes may require you to answer a question with a Yes or No. Simply, follow the instructions.
4. When you have completed the Form fully and correctly simply click on the SEND BUTTON.

 

1. We will send you an acknowledgement that we have received your Enquiry within 24 hours of its receipt. This will be sent to your email address if you have provided this or to your fax number. Please do not expect anyone to call you by phone.
2. Within 48 hours of receipt of your Enquiry you will receive an email or fax back from us telling you what further information we need from you or what further things we require you to do for us to be able to accept you as a client and get to work on getting you to Australia.
3. Once this is done we will prepare a CLIENT AGREEMENT and send this out to you. We will ask you to review this agreement and let us know by reply email or fax whether you are willing to accept the terms of this agreement. If you do then we will ask you to sign the agreement and have it properly witnessed and then return it to us by fax or by email as a scanned document.
4. We will also tell you at the same time how much money you will need to send to us to allow us to commence work and get things under way. If you have read our standard terms and conditions and schedule of fees and charges located on our home page menu none of this should bring any surprises. You will be anticipating what our charges are likely to be as we have provided you with guidelines and estimates on our web site.
5. As soon as we have your signed client agreement and you have paid the required funds into our client bank account WE GET TO WORK IMMEDIATELY – firstly, to provide you with preliminary advice and then, if that advice is favourable to you, to prepare your visa application for lodgement with the Department of Immigration & Citizenship (DIAC).

Once AVE has processed your initial enquiry we will provide you with a quotation of our proposed fees and charges to handle your visa application. Once you receive this quotation you will ofcourse be able to discuss it with us and we will be happy to answer your questions.

We will however be as efficient and economical with our time as possible so that the fees charged for the visa work will always be fair and reasonable. The system we have set up on our web site to take your initial instructions is all part of our commitment to be efficient so that we can charge you the lowest possible fee within the specified range of fees.
