How soon can I have my visa processed?
No one can guarantee you how long it will take the DIAC (Department of Immigration and Citizenship) to complete its own work once your visa is lodged. We cannot control this part of it. But most of the time any delays are caused by submitting insufficient or wrong documents.
Here is a List of what often is the real cause of delay -
- The time it takes to get all the vital information and documents needed by the DIAC. Australian Visa Experts will give you a complete step-by-step list of everything you need to have to satisfy the immigration requirements.
- Making sure that all the information is correct and accurate. We have proven checklists, templates and systems to help you make sure you get this right.
- Making sure that the visa application is correctly prepared so that it fully complies with all DIAC requirements. DIAC requirements change constantly. By specialising in 4 visa categories only, we always stay abreast of the most recent conditions and requirements you must know about to maximise your chances of getting approved
- Making sure that all eligibility requirements for the grant of that visa are met and satisfied before lodging the visa application with DIAC for processing and determination. This is the final check we do to make sure we build the strongest case for you.
Eliminating these key reasons for delay is the SECRET to Australian Visa Experts success. By following our proven system we are able to lodge 100% correct and compliant visa applications with DIAC faster than anyone else.
If the quality assurance fails and a client suffers delay as a result we offer a Money Back Guarantee to compensate the client. You can’t be fairer than that!
What costs are involved?
The Migration Agents Regulatory Authority (MARA) has a Schedule of Recommended Fees and Charges on its own web site www.themara.com.au, and Australian Visa Experts will be aligned as closely as possible to the MARA recommendations. That way, you will get fast service at a great price!
